Rocks are your company’s quarterly Action Items that are of the highest priority. Rocks are the action items that will be most responsible for achieving your quarterly and annual goals. For each rock, an individual or a team is designated to ‘drive it home’.

 

1. Reduce Outstanding deficiencies to 30 day outstanding only.

 

2. Implement revised walkthrough process & deliver homes with 10 or less deficiencies and white glove clean.

 

3. Implement sales strategy that reduces land inventory & risk in Copperleaf resulting in 12 sales.

 

4. Reduce scheduled pre-release time frames to 45 & 60 days.

 

5. Implement NewStar Warranty module and ‘Go Live'.

All ‘PAMs’ are posted on the website as well.  Any new PAM’s can be forwarded to the Office Administrator and she will update the home page.  Any comments or reply’s can again be sent to the office administrator for posting to the site.
